Delete it in the app
- Open Tripbuddy and sign in.
- Go to your profile and open the menu.
- Tap Account Security.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Cannot open the app?
Email support@tripbuddy.co from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your personal details: name, username, email, phone number, profile photo and bio
- Identity details: date of birth, passport and emergency contact information
- Your sign-in methods and every active session
- Your posts, reels and comments, which are no longer shown
- Your followers and the accounts you follow
- Saved cards, contact matches and notification tokens
What is kept
Messages you sent stay in the other person's chat, shown as "Deleted user". Records we must keep by law, such as payment transactions, are retained only as long as the law requires.
